customer service LIVE

i placed and order with a live person and they seem not to care. i had to call back twice and they seem rude this was for americ color for cakes deocration. then they tried to over charge me. I had to ask for a conformation number,they act as though they didn't want to give me a conformation number i had to just about force them to give me a number. I have never order fron them before first time. Who knows I might like the product but the customer care line was BAD. Afraid ti order again from them
