Worset customer service ever!!

I ordered two graduation cap tassels, and received them about a week later. Four months LATER, I receive a voicemail from Graduation Source stating that I haven't paid them for my order, and asking me to call them back. I checked my bank statements, saw where I paid them 36.60 for the two tassels, and called them back to straighten it out. Instead the woman that I spoke with denied that I had ever paid, said that she didn't believe me when I told her that I was starring at my bank statement that showed where it was paid. Then when she asked me to fax over my bank statement, (which has my personal imformation on it) I told her that I didn't have anyway of faxing it over, (Since I don't have a fax machine) and her responce was "I find it hard to believe that you don't have a fax machine, even though you just graduated!" Ummm, I wasn't aware that when you graduate from high school you're suppose to have a fax machine... Long story short, after being on the phone with them for TWO HOURS, it ends up that they got someone else's order mixed up with mine. Instead of apologizing for the confusion like they should have, they asked me how I would like to make the payment!!! They tried to get me to pay for a gradtion tassel, cap and gown, (total of $79) that I never even ordered! It was someone else's order...I refused to pay for it, since it wasn't my order, and my order was paid for, and I hungup the phone. I will NEVER shop here again, and I hope that no one ever does. Not only should I not have to deal with THEIR mistake, but all five people that I talked with were extremely rude to me, and got sarcastic with me..And not once did I receive an apology.

nightmare

It is a nightmare to deal with these people. We ordered a cap & gown on 5-9-10, paid the "hot process" fee, and paid the expedited shipping fee for delivery on 5-13-10. Our daughter's graduation party was on 5-15-10. I called customer service on 5-14, and was told that the order did not get transferred to shipping but would be shipped that day for delivery on 5-17. Did not happen! Called back on 5-17, and some customer service person with initials of L. C. hung up on me. Great customer service, huh? The gown was finally shipped 5-17-10. Wonder how long it would have been if we hadn't paid for "hot processing" & expedited shipping? My advice is to stay away from these people, unless you are ready for a nightmare. They finally adjusted the fees to a reasonable amount, but nothing can compensate our daughter walking across the stage without a cap & gown.
