Took four phone calls, due to wait time of 30 - 40 minutes, rep. advised cust. was to "turn container upside down" to access product. This is a heavy cream and will not flow as a liquid. Told rep. I would not pay $10.00 UPS to return, ask for a supervisor and was told none would speak to me. Since they sent TWO vs. one I am certain a dbl. charge will attempt to be made to my cr. card. WARNING: THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER ORDER FROM THEM. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SER. AVAILABLE AND THEY SEEM TOTALLY UNCONCERNED RE THE PRODUCT BEING SOLD. I AM SENDING A COMPLAINT TO THE FEDERAL CONSUMER COMPLAINT OFFICES IN FLORIDA AND WASHINGTON. THIS KIND OF COMPANY SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET. THE COST OF THE PRODUCT IF YOU KEEP IT IS $75.00 EACH CONTAINER AND I ASSURE YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE ALL THE PRODUCT, EVEN WITH A Q-TIP USED TO GET PRODUCT.
